Transforming spaces captivated Rachel whose talents flourished with a degree in Interior Design and 13 years working in Architectural Design firms in Philadelphia, Princeton and New York City. Rachel's career shifted to residential with projects she worked on for herself and family and friends. After completing two major home renovations, she decided to utilize her knowledge and experience by opening her own design firm. Rachel builds strong client relationships and has the skills to interface with architects and contractors to ensure the highest quality of work.

Prior to launching her own business, Rachel served as Director of Workplace Strategy at a large, NYC Architectural firm. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from Philadelphia University.

• Owners Representation: We provide big picture thinking that takes the guess work out of the project. We guide you in making informed decisions and act as your advocate / agent to make sure your project is a success. We help you proactively manage your project to minimize risks, prevent problems and eliminate surprises. We monitor the entire process, from the first sketch through design and construction. Hiring RSDM as a Owner's Representative will result in saving time and money and reduce stress.

• Design: As a Design Consultant we assist clients with space planning, lighting selection and placement, kitchen layout, cabinet selection and design, tile selection, color and paint choices and interior furnishings.  We develop a budget for interior finishes and furnishings, identifying all of the elements that need to be taken into consideration along with a corresponding investment range guideline.
