Turn of the Century Classic
The owner saw the charm in this turn of the century house but couldn't envision how to make it what they wanted on a limited budget. Removing a wall and shifting a door created an open kitchen and eating area and added a much needed first floor powder room and mudroom. RSDM was the Owner's Representative as well assisted the client in critical design decisions.
